I'm sorry, we don't sell or make for sale any items mentioned on this blog. You might consider trying the cupholder mentioned here: Valco. It's quite useful and would work for anyone who isn't inclined to run his or her chair into walls too often.

I was hoping you would know if they're were any colored ink refills? I'm a young teenage writer and i like some of my story's in red over black or even purple. I can't really explain it but its my quirk. I also like writing in notebooks, with pen and paper instead of computer text and this pen is wonderfull for me and my writing but I would love some color!

thanks

Now we know why doctors get paid good money to put up with our
"c_ _p." It is not enough!

It does surprise me that so many of us have to joke about our BM's. I guess despite our educations we are still a little anal-retentive.

I lost a leg in Iraq, and my Segway is a LIFE SAVER. Soon, the DOJ will publish a rule that will need you to comment if you agree that Segways should be protected like a wheelchair...anyway, they are very useful for people who can stand and balance but not walk well (amputees, burns, fused knees, back problems, COPD, etc.)

Hi,
I just read your article about the wheelchair cup holder you built for your Dad. What a Great idea. I also am having the similar problem with cup holders like your Dad. Do you happen to make these and sell them? I would be willing to pay you if you could make one for me. I am a Quadraplegic, so I am unable to make much of anything. Please, if you read this, contact me at garyosr [at] gmail.com. I would be willing to pay you for your time and materials if you could make one for me. I am desperate!!!

LOL! I second Thanna! You don't want to put a baby in a "Skinner Box"! "Baby Box" or "Air Crib" is the proper term. Thristy rats were taught to pull a lever for water or in other experiments, shocked until they pulled the lever. I doubt you want to make the association between the two, even though they were both created by Skinner.

Baby Box = Babies
Skinner Box = Rats

Though the bags offered by Tom Bihn aren't specifically designed for wheelchairs or other adaptive gear, they are full of useful features.

Tom Bihn's website claims to offer "unusually attentive customer service", so they might accommodate custom changes.

There's a lot of information on the website, and many views of each item. And someone at the company has definitely got a sense of humor!

Thanks for the tip, Julie.
